Decorate or Donate
Thank you for your interest in donating an item to the Lawrence Festival of Trees. Your donation will directly impact our community by raising funds to support O'Connell Children's Shelter, helping to enhance our residential, prevention, and foster care programs.
Three Key Steps
Please review the entry guidelines before submitting a pledge to decorate and donate a tree or deco item. You may submit one item per category. Pledge forms are due the first week of September. You will be notified of acceptance the following week. After you submit your pledge form, please be sure to submit your profile form. Contact festival@oconnellcs.org with any questions!
Donations will be open for 2026 in June. Please check back then or email us for more information about the Festival of Trees.
Construction Guidelines
Please read the construction guidelines in preparation to entering your item for the 40th annual Festival of Trees. If you have any questions reach out to us at festival@oconnellcs.org.
Please complete and submit the Festival Pledge Form no later than September 7. Notice of acceptance will be issued by September 14. Please ensure you have read the construction guidelines first!

Do not complete before you've been notified of your acceptance. Please complete and submit the Festival Profile Form no later than October 20. The form gives us the information we need to place your donation to its best advantage at Maceli’s AND to “talk it up” on the auction website. Please do not fill out this form if you have not completed a pledge form!
