Through an early intervention family-centered approach, the program provides strength-based assessments and individualized goal plans to set a foundation for success.

Who We Serve
Youth and families in Douglas County who may be experiencing life challenges that place them in crisis and/or at risk of system involvement. Participation is voluntary and free.
How We Help
Families are paired with a case manager who helps identify at-risk behaviors and environmental stressors, develop realistic goals and action plans, and access local resources and supportive services.
The Impact
Youth and families gain healthier coping skills, strengthen communication, and build protective factors, creating stabilization and giving the first solid step toward long term change.
