Immediate Support for Families in Crisis
Immediate Support
for Families in Crisis
THRIVE is a 24/7 crisis co-response program that supports youth and caregivers facing urgent challenges. Through immediate intervention, safety planning, and follow-up support, THRIVE helps stabilize families and connect them to the resources they need, offering a safe, family-centered alternative to system involvement and out-of-home placement.
How THRIVE Works
THRIVE is activated through partnerships with law enforcement, schools, first responders, and community agencies when a family is experiencing an urgent crisis. Licensed social workers provide rapid assessment, stabilization, safety planning, and connection to services, ensuring families receive coordinated care beyond the initial crisis moment.
Who We Serve
THRIVE supports youth ages 12–17 and their caregivers who are experiencing urgent emotional, behavioral, or situational crises and need immediate, family-centered intervention.
How We Help
Licensed social workers provide immediate crisis intervention, safety planning, and rapid assessment, connecting families to prevention services, therapy, case management, respite care, and community resources.
The Impact
THRIVE helps families stabilize during high-risk moments, reducing separation and system involvement while prioritizing safety and long-term stability within the home and community.
