Torrez has over 25 years’ experience in the child welfare field. Amazingly, he began his career as a childcare worker at our original emergency shelter. Torrez brings a wealth of experience and a passion for our community.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Torrez oversees the residential houses, leads compliance efforts, and works to build a collaborative culture focused on success for our youth.
